What we collect

When you call, email or use our booking form, we collect what you give us: typically your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code or address, and a description of the plumbing problem. If you send photos, we receive those too.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to you, schedule and perform the work, send estimates and invoices, and follow up about the job. We may ask you to leave a review after a completed job.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business: website hosting on Cloudflare Pages, and email delivery for the booking form through Resend (messages go to our team inbox). If we add other tools later, we’ll update this page.

Analytics and cookies

This site does not currently load third-party analytics or advertising cookies. Cloudflare may process standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) to operate and secure the site.

Text messages

We don’t run an automated texting program. If we text you about a scheduled visit, it’s one-to-one and you can ask us to stop at any time.
