Using this website

The information on this site is general guidance for homeowners. It isn’t a substitute for an on-site diagnosis. Local rules (permits, utilities, codes) change; we cite public sources where we can, but confirm with the relevant city or county office for your address.

Estimates and approval

We explain the work and the options before starting, and work begins only after you approve the plan.

Scheduling and arrival windows

Arrival times are estimates. Emergencies, traffic and job complexity can change them; we’ll keep you updated. Call us if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Payment

We’ll go over payment when we schedule or finish the job. Manufacturer warranties on fixtures and equipment, if any, come from the manufacturer.

Customer-supplied parts

If you’d like us to install a fixture or part you’ve already bought, ask when you call. Coverage for customer-supplied items differs from parts we supply, and we’ll say so before we start.
